Trivia Night in Selma!!

January 9, 2016 by Becca Armstrong

The winter season of New Alternative break is well under way down in Selma!  Our local New Expression youth love jumping in on trivia night (one of the most popular evening programs we offer to our breakers).  It’s a great opportunity for the Selma youth to learn about people from places very different from where they live, and a great way for the students to learn more about this place.

December 5, 2015 by Becca Armstrong

Freedom Cafe Director, Robert
Meet Robert. Robert is the director of New Alternative’s Freedom Cafe. He’s gearing up for another incredible season of AB! “The Freedom Café is in Prep Mode! Menus are being written, wall art updated, allergens being avoided, karaoke songs being collected. The works. We are pumped and honored to be part of and support Something New and all the students & leaders coming to Selma this season. We’re actually feeding our first New Alternative group THIS WEEK (shoutout to DU Women’s College)! We love life. We love food. We love people!”
